Agreement Details
Create an agreement linked to a customer. Define service locations (sites), the equipment and assets covered at each site, service level agreements with response time commitments, and billing schedules for recurring invoicing.
Agreement Statuses
Agreements move through these statuses: Draft, Active, Suspended, Expired, and Cancelled.
