Service Agreements are available for HVAC, plumbing, and electrical shops. They let you manage ongoing commercial service contracts including maintenance schedules, SLAs, and recurring billing.
Agreement Details
Create an agreement linked to a customer. Define service locations (sites), the equipment and assets covered at each site, service level agreements with response time commitments, and billing schedules for recurring invoicing. Sites on an agreement stay linked with that customer's CRM locations, so the same physical place stays consistent when you create jobs or manage the customer profile.
Agreement Statuses
Agreements move through these statuses: Draft, Active, Suspended, Expired, and Cancelled.
