Managing Your Inventory
Track stock levels, adjust quantities, and get low-stock alerts.
The Inventory page lets you track every part and supply your business uses. Each item has a part number, name, description, category, brand, cost, price, quantity on hand, reorder level, reorder quantity, and storage location.
Dashboard Summary
At the top of the page you see total items, total inventory value, the number of items with low stock, and out-of-stock counts.
Low Stock Alerts
Items that fall below their reorder level are highlighted automatically. This helps you reorder before you run out and delay a job.
Stock Adjustments
Manually adjust quantities when you receive a shipment, use parts on a job, or do a physical count. Every adjustment is logged with notes for a complete audit trail.
Transaction History
View all stock movements — additions, removals, and adjustments — in the transaction history so you can trace exactly what happened and when.
