How the Leads Hub Works
Overview of the prepaid lead marketplace and how leads are assigned.
The Leads Hub is a prepaid marketplace where OpsBack routes customer leads directly to your shop. Leads come from web forms and the AI Voice Receptionist.
Prepaid Balance
Add funds to your Leads Hub wallet in preset amounts ($50, $100, $200, $500) or a custom amount via Stripe checkout. When OpsBack routes a lead to your shop, the lead fee is deducted from your balance. You must keep at least $100 on your balance after each lead assignment. Enable auto-reload to automatically top up your saved card when your balance drops below that minimum.
Lead Assignment
Leads are assigned based on your service area, industry vertical, and balance availability. Each lead includes customer details so you can follow up quickly.
