Enable and customize your public booking page.
Online Booking gives you a public page where customers can schedule service appointments without calling your office.
Enabling Booking
Go to Settings and find the Public Booking section. Toggle it on and set a custom URL slug. Your booking page will be accessible at opsback.com/book/your-slug.
What Customers See
Customers see a branded booking form with your shop name. They fill out their contact information, select a service type, choose an available time, and confirm the appointment.
Automatic Job Creation
When a customer completes a booking, a new job is automatically created in OpsBack with the source tagged as "public_booking." The job appears in your queue ready for dispatch.
SEO Benefits
The booking page includes structured data (JSON-LD) for better visibility in Google search results.
