Automatic Job Creation
Based on the information collected, the AI creates a new job in OpsBack tagged with an "AI Voice" badge. The job appears in your queue ready for dispatch.
Transcripts and Summaries
Every call is transcribed in full. You can view the transcript on the job detail page in a chat-bubble format showing the AI Receptionist's questions and the customer's responses. An AI-generated summary highlights the key details.
