Using the Dispatch Board

The Dispatch Board is where you assign technicians to jobs. It shows all open and in-progress jobs alongside your available technicians. Assigning a technician enables them to use en-route, check-in, and closeout features from their mobile view.

Assigning a Technician

Select a job, choose a technician, and confirm the assignment. You can also drag and drop jobs onto technicians for quick assignment. Once dispatched, the technician receives a notification and the job appears in their queue.
