Using the Dispatch Board

The Dispatch Board is where you assign technicians to jobs. Unassigned work sits in its own column; each technician has a column of their active jobs. Assigning a technician enables them to use en-route, check-in, and closeout from their mobile view. Toggle live map, group unassigned jobs by ZIP, and use search to find a job quickly.

Assigning a Technician

The board is a technician-column layout: Unassigned on the left, then one column per technician. Drag a job onto a technician to assign, or onto Unassigned to hold it. Click a card to pick a ranked technician, set an optional arrival window, add dispatcher flags, or unassign before check-in. Technicians are notified when assigned.
