Scheduling Jobs on the Calendar

The Schedule page provides a calendar view for placing jobs at specific dates and times. Scheduling is separate from dispatching — scheduling sets when the work will happen, while dispatching assigns who will do it.

Scheduling Visits

For jobs that require multiple trips (for example, a parts-ordered callback), you can schedule additional visits on the same job. Each visit gets its own calendar slot.
