Connect QuickBooks to sync invoices automatically.
OpsBack integrates with QuickBooks Online so your invoices stay in sync with your accounting software. Connect your QuickBooks account from Settings under the QuickBooks Integration section.
How sync works
After connecting, OpsBack creates invoices in QuickBooks under each job’s customer and records a matching payment when the invoice is marked paid (card, cash, or check). No customer or item IDs need to be configured manually.
