Xero Integration
Connect Xero to sync invoices automatically.
OpsBack integrates with Xero so your invoices stay in sync with your accounting software. Connect your Xero organisation from Settings under the Xero section. You can connect either Xero or QuickBooks — not both at the same time.
How sync works
After connecting, OpsBack creates ACCREC invoices in Xero under each job’s contact and records a matching payment when the invoice is marked paid (card, cash, or check). No contact or item IDs need to be configured manually.
