Setting Up Your Pricebook
How to add items and configure pricing.
The Pricebook is your catalog of parts, labor, materials, and equipment with standardized pricing. It feeds into estimates and invoices so your team quotes consistently.
Item Types
Each pricebook item is categorized as Part, Labor, Material, or Equipment.
Item Details
For each item, enter a part number, name, description, manufacturer, category, cost (your cost), price (customer price), default markup percentage, and unit of measure (each, hour, foot, lb, gallon, or set). Changing the cost auto-calculates the price based on markup, and vice versa.
