Using the Pricebook in Estimates
Quickly add pre-configured items when building an estimate.
When creating an estimate, click "Add from Pricebook" to search your catalog. Select an item and it is added as a line item with the pre-set description, unit cost, and markup. You can adjust the quantity and override the pricing if needed.

Using the pricebook ensures every technician and office staff member quotes the same prices, reducing errors and maintaining profit margins.
