Available Reports
A list of all report types and what data they cover.
OpsBack has 17 owner reports. Open Reports in the sidebar. Each tile is a business question (collected revenue, open AR, estimate win rate, parts cost, and so on). Charts, tables, and CSV export are on the individual report pages. Technician and location filters are on Job statistics (and location on Sales).
Report Types
Money: Sales (collected by month), Payments (customer payments), Invoices, Aging invoices (sent unpaid AR), Tax, Tips (line items that mention tip or gratuity), Activity (shop-account ledger: payments, payouts, fees). Work: Jobs (list + charts), Job statistics (trends, tech performance, callbacks, ratings, zip), Estimates (status, funnel, win rate), Timesheets (visit time), Tasks, Call tracking (AI/voice calls — not job callbacks). Costs: Parts cost (visit parts COGS), Tech reimbursements (cash receipts). Catalog: Items and services (paid invoice line usage), Equipment (equipment SKUs and margin).
Filters and Export
Most reports have a date range (defaults vary: timesheets last 14 days, tax last 365 days, sales rolling months). Job statistics also filters by technician, service type, and location. Large tables show a banner when results are capped. Export CSV from each report for your accountant or spreadsheet.
