Subcontractor Hub is a paid add-on: $49/mo for up to 3 companies or $99/mo unlimited. Enable it from Billing. Starter shops can buy Hub without a paid platform subscription. Subcontractor companies do not pay OpsBack for the portal.
Pay subcontractors bank
Link a US checking account under Billing → Pay subcontractors. This is not the Visa used for Hub or callback. OpsBack ACH-debits that bank, then transfers the bill amount in full to the subcontractor’s Express account. You pay Stripe ACH (0.8%, cap $5) plus a $1.00 OpsBack fee.
