Understanding the Dashboard
A tour of the Shop Admin dashboard and what each section does.
The Shop Admin dashboard is your command center. It shows key stats at the top — jobs completed, revenue collected, outstanding invoices, and callback metrics — giving you a snapshot of business health at a glance.
Sidebar Navigation
The left sidebar provides quick access to every major feature: Dashboard, Dispatch, Schedule, Jobs, Customers, Communications, Pipeline, Tasks, Estimates, Pricebook, Inventory, Transactions, Google, GBP Posts, Reports, Live Map, Team, Appeals, Leads Hub, Contracts, Billing, and Settings. On mobile the sidebar collapses into a slide-out menu accessible from the top bar.
Stale Job Alerts
If any jobs have been open for more than 24 hours without progress, the dashboard highlights them so nothing falls through the cracks.
