Understanding the Dashboard
A tour of the Shop Admin dashboard and what each section does.
The Shop Admin dashboard is your command center. It shows key stats at the top — jobs completed, revenue collected, outstanding invoices, and callback metrics — giving you a snapshot of business health at a glance.
Sidebar Navigation
The left sidebar provides quick access to every major feature: Dashboard, Dispatch, Schedule, Jobs, Customers, Communications, Pipeline, Tasks, Estimates, Pricebook, Inventory, Transactions, Reports, Live Map, Team, Appeals, Leads Hub, Contracts, Billing, and Settings. On mobile the sidebar collapses into a slide-out menu accessible from the top bar.
Stale Job Alerts
Jobs open more than 24 hours appear on the dashboard as a count. Shop owners also see them on Today’s money (the coach) as one of four always-on stats, instead of a separate amber banner. Review those jobs, update status, and close completed work.
Today’s money (Coach)
Owners see a coach card near the top of the dashboard. It always shows expired estimates without a follow-up, missed calls yesterday, close rate, and jobs open 24h+. When something needs action, it names one next step. The dollars and counts come from your shop; an optional rewrite only changes the wording.
