Setting Up Your Shop Profile
Configure your shop name, time zone, and basic preferences.
Navigate to Settings from the sidebar. Under Shop Information you can update your shop name, select your industry type, and choose your time zone. These settings affect how dates and times are displayed throughout the platform.
Online Booking Slug
In the Public Booking section of Settings you can enable online booking and set a custom URL slug. Customers will be able to book appointments at opsback.com/book/your-slug.
Pipeline Labels
If you use the Pipeline feature to track sales leads, you can customize stage names under Pipeline Labels. The defaults are New, Contacted, Quote Sent, Won, and Lost, but you can rename them to match your workflow.
