Adding Technicians
How to add field technicians to your shop.
Navigate to Team from the sidebar. The page has two tabs: Office Staff and Technicians.
Adding a Technician
Click "Add Technician" on the Technicians tab. Enter the technician's name, phone number, and email address. Subcontractor crews live on the Subcontractors tab and do not use a regular shop seat.
Technician Profiles
Each technician has a profile page showing their contact information, assigned jobs, and performance history.
