Adding Technicians
How to add field technicians to your shop.
Navigate to Team from the sidebar. The page has two tabs: Office Staff and Technicians.
Adding a Technician
Click "Add Technician" on the Technicians tab. Enter the technician's name, phone number, and email address. Once added, the technician can be assigned to jobs and dispatched to the field. Technicians must be added before you can create or dispatch jobs.
Technician Profiles
Each technician has a profile page showing their contact information, assigned jobs, and performance history.
