Managing Office Staff
Invite and manage shop admins and dispatchers.
The Office Staff tab lets you manage users who have shop admin access — these are the people who manage jobs, dispatch technicians, handle billing, and oversee daily operations.
Inviting Staff
Click "Invite" to send an invitation to a new office staff member. They will receive an email with instructions to set up their account and gain access to the Shop Admin dashboard.
