Setting Technician Schedules
Define working hours and availability for each technician.
From the Team page, click on a technician and navigate to their schedule settings. You can set working hours and availability for each day of the week.
Why It Matters
Technician schedules feed into the dispatch board and calendar, helping you avoid double-booking and ensuring jobs are assigned only during a technician's available hours.
