The Customer Detail Page
View a customer's full history, jobs, locations, and notes.
Click any customer to open their detail page. It shows their contact information, service locations, the complete history of jobs they have had, custom field values, and any notes your team has added.
Creating a Job from a Customer
Click "New Job" from a customer's detail page to start a new job pre-filled with their contact information. If the customer has locations, OpsBack uses the default location (or the specific site you chose via "New job at this location") so the service address is ready.
