The Customer Portal
Give customers a self-service page to view history and request service.
Each customer can receive a unique portal link. From the Customers page, send a customer their portal URL.
What Customers See
The portal shows the customer's job history and statuses, upcoming appointments, and shop information. Customers can also submit new service requests directly from the portal.
Service Requests and Pipeline
When a customer submits a service request through the portal, it appears in your Pipeline board as a new lead. You can then convert it into a job.
