Managing Your Customer Database

Add, search, and organize your customer records.

The Customers page is your CRM. It lists every customer you have served, with search and filtering to find anyone quickly.

Adding Customers

Add customers manually by clicking "Add Customer" and entering their name, phone, email, and address. You can also import customers in bulk via CSV or export your entire list.

Custom Fields

Define custom data fields in Settings to track additional information specific to your business — for example, gate codes, pet names, or preferred contact times. Custom field values appear on each customer's detail page.
