Click any job to open its detail page. This is the single source of truth for everything related to that service call.

What You'll See

The job detail page shows customer information, service and equipment details, issue description, a location map, the full activity log and timeline, visits history, invoice and payment status, billing events such as platform fees, and callback classifications if applicable.

Customer Ratings

After a job is completed, customers may leave a rating (1–5 stars) for overall experience, timeliness, professionalism, and work quality, plus an optional written comment. These ratings appear on the job detail page.

AI Voice Transcript

If the job was created by the AI Voice Receptionist, the full call transcript is displayed in a chat-bubble format showing the conversation between the AI and the customer, along with an AI-generated summary.
