OpsBack offers multiple callback plans with different per-job fees, reimbursement amounts, coverage windows, and per-job callback limits. You can view and switch plans from the Billing page under Callback Protection settings.
What Varies Between Plans
Plans differ in the per-job fee amount, the reimbursement credit per eligible callback, the coverage window duration (number of days), and the maximum number of callbacks allowed per job.
Trial Jobs
New shops receive a set number of callback-free trial jobs so you can experience the service before a payment method is required.
