What Customers See on Invoices
Customer-facing return coverage and payment status language.
Invoices, pay links, and the customer portal can show a return-visit coverage window and a simple payment status (card requested, authorized, or secured). Use this language with homeowners. Do not describe it as insurance.
Guaranteed Jobs status
When Guaranteed Jobs is on, customers may see that a card authorization was requested or that payment was secured. OpsBack may recover payment if the customer does not pay. Chargebacks for incomplete work or missing on-site proof can still be charged back to the shop, per the program agreement.
