Coverage Window and Account Tiers
Understanding coverage periods and how tiers affect your monthly cap.
Each callback plan defines a coverage window — the number of days after a job is completed during which a return visit may qualify as a covered callback.
Monthly Cap
Your account has a monthly reimbursement cap that limits total callback credits per month. Once the cap is reached, additional callbacks during that month are not eligible for reimbursement.
Account Tiers
Shops progress through tiers (Tier 1 through Tier 4) based on performance. Lower callback rates and consistent usage unlock higher tiers, which come with increased monthly caps. Your current tier and cap usage are visible on the Billing page.
