Filing a Callback Appeal

How to dispute a callback classification decision.

If a callback is classified as ineligible and you believe the decision is incorrect, you can submit an appeal within 14 days.

How to Appeal

Go to the Appeals page from the sidebar. Find the callback in question and click to submit an appeal. Provide a written explanation of why you believe the callback should be covered, and attach any supporting evidence such as photos or documentation.

Appeal Status

Appeals are reviewed by the OpsBack team. You can track the status on the Appeals page — it will show as Pending, Approved, or Denied. OpsBack's decision on appeals is final.
